Shipping

• Shipping outside the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) including other countries for larger items will have additional shipping charges.
• Please contact us for a shipping quote, before purchasing the item if you are outside the continental 48 states.
• Package will be shipped via USPS or UPS within 1 Business day of your cleared payment.
• The confirmation and tracking number will be submitted to you through Ebay.
• Shipping costs include postage, materials, and processing time.

Freight Shipping

• Engines and Transmission, as well as Doors and Body Parts that are too large to be shipped with ground service will be shipped by LTL Freight.
• We require a business address for shipping, if you do not have one you have the option of picking up your shipment at a freight terminal near you.
• Shipping to your residence is possible but there are several fees that would need to be paid for; Residential delivery fee and a Liftgate fee if it is necessary.

International

• There may be customs charges that you have to pay on International orders, please be aware of that.
• We offer international shipping with UPS which is more expensive but it is a more reliable and gauranteed service. Please contact us with quote requests.
• No returns accepted on International shipments

Returns

• If there is a problem with a part we sent you and you want a refund or replacement, we must know within 30 days of you receiving the item.
• Returned parts must be in original condition, just like they were shipped, to receive a refund.
• Fitment is the responsibility of the buyer. Please use the part number, pictures and description provided to make sure this part fits your vehicle.
• We do not guarantee color matching unless we match the color code that you provide to our vehicle.
• Buyer is responsible for payment of return shipping.
• On listings with Free Shipping, we will deduct the original shipping cost paid by us, when submitting a refund to you.
• Shipping charge is non-refundable.
• 20% restocking fee of the purchase price will be charged on all returned parts except for defective or not as described items.
• No returns accepted on International shipments
